Repair or Replace Procedure:
All amberbebe.com products come with repair or replace guarantee, please note repairs can take 6-10 weeks as they have to be sent back to Europe to be repaired, so if you require a necklace asap replacement is recommended:

Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return any item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. To request a return please send an email to: info@amberbebe.com and we will gladly exchange, replace or refund, exclusive of delivery charges.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.
When you contact us, please be sure to have available your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return.
